Construction standards

Built for hygiene, durability and quality.

The mechanical design of HAIDO plants relies on millimetre tolerances and high-performance stainless alloys, to ensure corrosion resistance, long service life and zero product contamination.

Hygienic design

Smooth surfaces, fittings and geometries with no pockets or dead zones, engineered to stop bacterial growth and make manual and automatic cleaning cycles (CIP/SIP) easier.

Heavy duty

Robust structures and anti-vibration frames, designed for continuous, demanding industrial service with no mechanical resonance.

Quality

Millimetre tolerances, selected stainless alloys and checks on every plant: build quality is the foundation of reliability and batch repeatability.

Materials and finishes: satin or polished

AISI 304 or AISI 316 / 316L stainless steel, depending on product aggressiveness and sector regulations (Food or Pharma). Satin, micro-blasted or mirror-polished finishes (Ra < 0.5 µm for aseptic applications).

Compliance and standards

Built to the requirements of the most demanding markets.

MOCA

Materials and articles in contact with food, in line with European and Italian sector rules.

FDA

Materials and components suited to food and pharma markets that require FDA compliance.

CE

CE marking and declaration of conformity for machines placed on the European market.

ATEX

Solutions for areas at risk of explosive atmospheres, for example where combustible dust is present.

European and international standards

Design in line with harmonised European norms and the reference international standards.

The applicable compliance is defined for each project and documented in the project documentation.
