Control Hardware
The electronic architecture is based on Siemens technology. The human-machine interface (HMI) uses capacitive industrial touchscreen panels connected to very-high-speed programmable logic controllers (PLC).
SCADA Infrastructure
Plants are integrated into SCADA networks (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) for global supervision. This allows real-time tracking of all process variables (pressure, temperature, flows, inverter motor speeds).
Telemetry and Industry 4.0
The system supports two-way interconnection with company ERPs (via protocols such as OPC-UA or Modbus TCP/IP) and lets our engineering team run diagnostics, troubleshooting and process-curve optimisation remotely, wherever the plant is installed.
